Shipping and returns

Everything you need to know about how Myco Max gets to you and how to send it back if it is not right.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before our daily cutoff ship within one business day. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping costs

• Single bottle: a flat $8.95 U.S. shipping charge.
• 3-bottle bundle and 3-bottle VIP auto-refill: free U.S. shipping.
• VIP refills re-ship every three months and always ship free.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including most U.S. territories. Every order is fulfilled directly from Larkhaven Naturals LLC through this authorized portal, never a third-party reseller.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. If it has been more than two business days and you have not received tracking, check your spam folder, then contact support@mycomaxforce.com and we will sort it out.

Returns and the 90-day guarantee

If Myco Max is not right for you, return your bottles, used or unused, within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Contact orders@mycomaxforce.com to start a return and we will provide the address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days after your return arrives. Full details are on the guarantee page.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
