Our 90-day guarantee

Every Myco Max order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee on the purchase price. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your bottles, used or unused, within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Contact our team at orders@mycomaxforce.com or call +1 (734) 510-2280 within 90 days of purchase. Include your order number if available. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Refund processing

Once your return is received, we issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

What is covered

The guarantee covers the product purchase price for first-time and repeat orders. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Subscriptions

VIP auto-refill orders can be paused, modified, or canceled before the next shipment with no penalty by contacting support or using your account.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.
